Veterinary Surgeon (Full or Part Time) – Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire

We have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to come and join our lovely team at Sutton-in-Ashfield Vets4Pets!

We are conveniently situated close to junction 28 of the M1, with various public transport links to the town centre.

This is a great chance for an ambitious Vet to benefit from the knowledge and skills of our experienced colleagues in the practice. You’ll be working with Partner Stephanie Cochrane, who opened the surgery in 2014. Stephanie graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2011, and is currently in the process of undertaking a certificate in Exotic animal practice. You will also have the support of a warm and friendly team of 4 vets (one completing a certificate in small animal medicine), 6 Nurses, 4 Receptionists and a Practice Manager.

Join us and you’ll have access to state of the art equipment including a full laboratory suite, digital radiography, high tech ultrasound machine with a cardiac probe, ECG and tonopen.

Our ideal Vet will have experience in all routine surgeries and be capable of sole charge, however we are able to consider an enthusiastic and hard-working new graduate.

We are happy to consider applications from candidates looking for full or part-time hours.  Our team works weekends on a rota basis but we are happy to discuss the arrangement of this to be flexible to accommodate the right person.
