Clinical Director - Cambridgeshire

My client is looking for a Clinical Director to join their lovely team.

An important part of this role is to provide mentorship to new graduate vets and less expereinced vets,

You will need to have good clinical knowledge and skills,

This role is on average 40 hours per week,

1 in 5 weekends Saturday 9am – 2pm and Sunday 10am – 12noon (both days sole charge)

Part of your role will also to assist with setting the practice budget and achieveing this,

You will work directly with drug representatives ensuring the practice stays at the forefront of new equipment and treatment which becomes available,

You will identify business opportunities and gaps with in the market for practice growth and progression,

You will make sure all vets and nurses within the practice follow and meet practice standards following the practice protocol,

The right candidate must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be a leader, organised and be approachable,
