Job Details

Established for over 25 years our client provides complimentary animal health and performance products to the Ruminants, Swine & Poultry sectors.  They have experienced great success in their history and shown themselves to be an innovative and creative company who think out of the box and enjoy setting themselves apart utilizing technological advances within the industry sector.

They are looking to expand their European coverage and wish to recruit for a brand new position in the company.  

European Sales Manager – Ideal Candidate

You will be from a Ruminant, Swine or Poultry background having gained 5 years nutrition/feed sales experience ideally with international account management exposure.

Overview of
Responsibilities:    - To grow profitable sales across the designated region.
            - To identify new distributors / customers.
            - To develop and execute strategic plans.
            - To drive forecast accuracy.
            - To identify potential new products / applications
- To supply monthly customer forecasts and market intelligence.
- To prepare monthly sales reports, including sales variance explanations and recovery plans.

Overview
Experience:    - 5+ years’ experience in sales / international account management preferably within the animal feed or related market.
- Proven record of opening new accounts/developing new business across different channels.
