OOH Veterinary Surgeon - Cheshire

Our lovely clients are looking for 2x Out of Hours Veterinary Surgeons to join their fantastic team on a permanent basis

They are a RCVS accredited Hospital and so are very well equipped (digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound etc) and have a great team of RVN's.  They are currently a team of 4 vets - two of whom are RCVS Advanced Practitioners and one who is working towards a medicine certificate.

The night vets will be doing 7 nights on and 14 nights off.  They will be responsible for overnight care of inpatients and any OOH calls that come in. They currently do not have a dedicated night team so this is a chance for the right candidates to help set up and run the OOH service.

They are looking for someone who is confident and competent to perform routine and emergency procedures as well as work up cases to a high level. Ideally they would like to have a candidate with 2 years + UK experience as this will be emergency and critical care work.

For the right candidates there is the potential to progress and explore further qualifications.  They are a very supportive and friendly practice.
