Hedge End Vet4Pets are looking for an enthusiastic, professional individual to join their amazing team as a Veterinary Surgeon. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious vet to join a growing practice and for the right individual, there are also potential partnership opportunities.
 
You will get to work in a bright, spacious, air-conditioned surgery which was opened in 2017, and purpose built to industry leading standards with state of the art equipment including ultrasound, digital x-ray, dental x-ray and in-house laboratory facilities.

By joining us you will be part of a team consisting of 2 Vet Partners, Andrew Thornton and Przemek Jelonek, 1 Vet, 3 Nurses and 4 Receptionists. They are all dedicated to providing superb standards of client and animal care and as this role plays a key part within a small, friendly team the ideal candidate will be adaptable and flexible.

The ideal candidates will have good general surgical and medical skills and experience in emergency surgery. The practice has an expanding, loyal client base and are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who will form great relationships with both existing and new clients.
 
This rewarding position is full or part time (30-45 hours per week) and will include weekends on a 1 in 3 rota basis. There is no OOH requirement. Successful applicants should be confident in an occasional sole charge role and enjoy the variety provided by the clients and colleagues.
