Senior Veterinary Surgeon – West Midlands

My client is excited to announce an opening for a Senior Veterinary Surgeon who wants to run a practice, without the financial burden of ownership.

It is essential that you are a confident clinician with a particular interest in surgery, with a willingness to continue to promote a high standard of clinical work and client/patient care. You should also enjoy empowering and working with your team to drive clinical standards. Management experience is not essential as you will be supported by another Clinical Director.

The clinic is complemented by their main branch just three miles away. They also have an experienced team of RVNS and support staff and are well equipped with the latest in diagnostic equipment.

The role offers great work-life balance with a 4.5 day week, 1:3 Saturdays only and no OOH. This is a perfect opportunity for you to be part of a management team and run your own practice and develop your skills further whilst being supported by an excellent team. They can offer a guaranteed minimum salary of £55,000, which will be enhanced by a turnover bonus, further career progression and support to certificate level.
