Veterinary Surgeon - Ashton-In-Makerfield

Full-time SA position in our two centre friendly practice

• 4-day week from 9 to 6pm.
• 1-in-4 Saturday mornings
• Varied caseload with experienced, long established vet and nurse team on hand

The Practice

• Our two surgeries are located in Ashton-In-Makerfield and Golborne
• Conveniently located close to the M6 with good road/rail links to Manchester and Liverpool and the Lake District
• Very friendly, supportive, long established 4 vet and 6 VN team
• Moving shortly to new purpose built, passivhaus, state-of-the-art clinic
• Modern whole building ventilation systems fitted
• Digital x-ray at both surgeries
• High quality ultrasound, endoscope, bronchoscope, in-house lab
• Visiting specialists for challenging cases

The Role

• Working alongside experienced colleagues and some sole charge
• Good balance of routine/non-routine surgical and medical cases

Successful Candidate

• Friendly, enthusiastic team member wanted to join our easy-going, long established team
• Experience preferred but not essential
