Regional Director - West London

My client is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with extensive clinical experience and a strong background in managing teams of clinical staff to join them as a Regional Director.

You will work with the companies senior partners, managing and leading clinical teams on a regional basis to deliver outstanding care and service and to strengthen the relationship between the branches and the central management structures in the group.

This position requires travelling to practices, and occasional time spent away from home in the case of more remote practices.

You will need to have a solid clinical and management background in private small animal practice, with a strong grasp of the commercial requirements of successful practice

Ideally you will have some experience and aptitude for leadership: ability to motivate and inspire others

The right candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and administrative skills

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to adapt and be flexible in your day to day role,

It is essential you are able to work in a team and alone

Ideally you will have experience in managing multiple Veterinary clinics/practices with a proven ability to mentor/lead a team of Veterinarians,

Experience recruiting, managing and producing performance reviews for Veterinary Surgeons
