Truly mixed, independent practice with experienced colleagues for a keen mixed Vet based in North Yorkshire, Herriot country!
The mix is generally quite an even spread although the past few years have seen a slight increase in the small animal work. There is a brilliant mix of race horse to pony work with loyal clients and a wide area to cover.
- 4.5 day week
- 1/4 OOH (Mon to Thurs not a fixed day and Fri is part of the Fri to Mon weekend on call
- Educational work clients is well received and beneficial
- Well equipped for small animal consults and ops
- Truly independent practice
- Beautiful rural surroundings but with easy access to the A1 to easily get to major cities within an hour
Plenty of RVNs and receptionists along with 3 Vets make up the friendly team which works well together, bookings are made to consciously assist the Vets' day with time to allow for their excellent standards.
