Our clients have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team as Head Veterinary Nurse at their branch in Oxfordshire.

The practice has a very experienced and knowledgeable partner and a fantastic Veterinary Surgeon leads their kind and caring team at the well-established branch.

The practice receives full support by their 24 hour hospital located 3 miles away.

Our clients are looking for an experienced RVN who shares their passion for delivering outstanding service and care for their clients and patients.

Ideally you will have previous Head Nurse experience and be confident leading a team or you are ready to take the next step into a Head Nurse position.

 The ideal candidate will have clinical coaching experience or are keen to support and develop the student nurses in the practice and not be afraid to get stuck in with the duties and lead by example.

You will be fully supported within your move and the client will offer full management training with their dedicated in-house internal training team.

This position is full time working 40 hours per week with 1 in 4 weekends. This really is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career, or take the next step.
