University of Glasgow, School of Veterinary Medicine are looking to appoint a full-time Senior Lecturer/Lecturer where you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of Veterinary Public Health (VPH) teaching.
You will provide academic leadership for Veterinary Public Health and Food Safety including development of a research strategy as well as contributing to the delivery of an excellent student experience by delivering, organising and reviewing teaching, assessment and administration processes associated with undergraduate and postgraduate programmes including continuing professional development and to undertake scholarship to enhance learning and teaching.
The School has an international reputation in teaching, clinical services and research and is accredited by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS), the European Association of Establishments of Veterinary Education (EAEVE) and the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).
You will hold a veterinary degree and be registered with the RCVS (or eligible for registration), have European or American Boards in VPH or equivalent and have previous experience in a relevant veterinary role.
This post is full-time and is open ended.
