FEATURES UTILISATION SPECIALIST

An exciting career opportunity has developed with our client, a Nasdaq listed global leader in Healthcare, Dental and Animal Health. (AH)

Working within the Implementation team of the AH division, our client is seeking to recruit an ambitious, enthusiastic, and organised Features Utilisation Specialist (FUS).

The FUS manages multiple veterinary client accounts on a day-to-day basis, planning and organising their marketing campaigns, and assisting veterinary practices with the utilisation of their software platform.

Responsibilities:

 Prioritize and manage clients’ accounts.
  Have a full understanding of clients’ needs and business objectives.
 Assist in the management and planning of marketing campaigns.
  Participate in client visits, presentations and webinars.

  Analyse campaign results, including return on investment and carrying out optimisation if needed.   To develop strong client relationships.
 Manage and lead a small team.
 Become a champion of in-house software platform / products.
•    Provide insight to developmental team regarding software enhancements.Requirements:
•    A minimum of 2 years+ experience of working in a marketing / account management environment.
•    Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
•    Advanced experience in MS Office.
•    Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
•    Has a good understanding and command of IT systems.
•    Excellent presentation and communication skills.
