Located in Bristol’s Artistic Quarter, our Bedminster Vets4Pets practice has a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse. Owners Gabriel and Paul have over 35 years experience between them and offer a supportive environment with an excellent client base, 100% Small Animal and a small percentage of exotics. With around 50% of our patients insured, we pride ourselves on being able to offer the best veterinary care to our patients and customer care to our clients.

You will be joining an experienced surgery with excellent facilities, including Digital Radiography, Ultrasound, Blood machines, BP Monitors, ECG machine, surgical and dental suites and excellent kennelling facilities.

As a successful candidate, you will have the following attributes:

  • Have great people skills and enjoy patient care including monitoring anaesthesia for surgery and other procedures such as imaging
  • Competent on all routine nurse procedures and able to conduct nurse clinics including puppy parties/classes
  • Are punctual with good organisational skills, are computer literate and have good communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Most importantly, you will be a great team player

We are offering a rota of 40 hours per week, with 1 in 2-4 weekends (Saturday half day).
