Clinical Directorship Opportunity - West Midlands

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon, to lead our clients team at one of the branches

The Clinical Director position will suit someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, with a passion to provide the highest standard of care.

You will be experienced in surgery and consultations and be able to support other members of staff. You will be expected to carry out a variety of tasks including finance budgeting and HR.

They are a long established group with 7 branches, 2 certificate holders and referring cardiologist. The practice itself is a busy, 2 vet main branch and well equipped; including digital x-ray, ultrasound, in house lab and endoscope.

They have a friendly and supportive team with low staff turnover and  provide high quality first opinion care with a dedicated client base and varied caseload.

The position is based on a 4/4.5 day week with shared weekends and NO OOH’S. CPD is actively encouraged and funded up to certificate level.
