Our client a leading manufacturer of horse feeds are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a market leader in their field.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 2 years line management experience
- Have a track record of development success
- Be able to achieve budget on profit targets and volume targets
- Develop succession plans and personal development plans for direct reports
- Strong communication skills are a must
