Office Based Senior Marketing Manager - Lytham, Lancashire

Full time position

This role is office based with some UK and international travel to aid subsidiaries.

Main Responsibilities;

1. Marketing - Direct and manage the Marketing team.
2. Product Development - Identify new product opportunities through competitor analysis
3. Brand Integrity - Ensure brand guidelines and complied with globally
4. Literature - Define the best practice for the use of Marketing and promotions
5. Advertising - Manage and build relationships with key agencies
6. Shows - Co-ordinate space booking ensuring best location and price. Attend and manage all key shows both UK and international
7. Social Media / Website - Evaluate, manage and improve the social media and internet-focused marketing strategy
8. Promotional Items - Assist product manager with selecting a range of promotional items
9. International - Visit all subsidiaries on a quarterly basis for a minimum two days pet visit.

About You;

The successful candidate for this role must have a minimum of seven years' experience in a similar role at a senior level in a B2B or B2C marketing environment. They must have experience of developing and implementing the line marketing strategies, demonstrable new product development experience, excellent communication skills and above average IT ability.
