Non-Clinical RVN Role - London, Kent and Norfolk Ref AC101
Our client is currently looking for an RVN for an exciting opportunity to develop their career in a non-clinical role.
Our client provides state of the art diagnostics and single-use rapid tests to thousands of human and animal health customers around the world enabling physicians and veterinarians to respond to the health needs of their clients at the point of care while operating economical and profitable practices.
They are looking to recruit an RVN to work with existing customers around the London, Kent and Norfolk areas following a period of comprehensive product training.
Your role will involve responding to customer requests for onsite technical support, providing prompt and accurate technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex system problems for veterinary clinics, laboratory research, and veterinary academic settings.
Providing clinics with guidance, instruction, and training on the product line to increase productivity and performance through formal and informal presentations. You will be responsible for the success of the relationship with assigned clinics in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the practice to improve utilisation, increase adoption, and minimise implementation time.
Ideally my clients are looking for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse. Candidates must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills and be IT literate with a good active listening ability. A basic understanding of animal disease states is preferred; however, we do ask that candidates have knowledge of diagnostic products, instrumentation, and clinic processes.
Due to the field based nature of the role, you must be willing and able to undertake extensive driving within your region and be prepared for overnight travel when necessary. Candidates must also be capable of safely lifting and moving 60lb.
A company car will be provided and an excellent bonus scheme is available. You will work Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00 and will attend several shows throughout the year.
