Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon - West Midlands/Shropshire Border
We are an independent, progressive and well established RCVS accredited small animal Hospital with 64 years history and we are proud to be one of the first practices in the country to be granted hospital status by the RCVS. We have extensive facilities and equipment including ultrasound scanners, digital radiography, endoscopes, multi-parameter reader and comprehensive in-house laboratory.
We have dedicated in-patient nurses and 3 purpose built and very well equipped surgical theaters, enabling us to provide the best standard of care to our patients.
Our hospital is based on the western edge of Wolverhampton, bordering stunning countryside with good road and excellent rail links to London and other cities.
Due to one of our vets sadly leaving us for a sabbatical in Australia, we are looking for a small animal vet who is passionate about their job and dedicated to providing excellent customer care.
You will have great communication skills and be keen to develop professionally.
We offer a varied case-load of medical and surgical cases and exceptional clinical freedom.
We firmly believe in providing the best care for our patients at all times, therefore we provide our own out-of-hours service for our clients on a 1 in 8 rota. Which ensures you will have a good work life balance and the opportunity to enjoy all the benefits this area has to offer.
Ideally will have some UK experience, however a new graduate would be considered, with the option of being paired with a clinical mentor, during a structured graduate program.
