As part of the expansion and success of Calder Vets, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Director within our brand new state-of-the-art referral centre, due for completion towards the end of 2017.
Based at our brand new purpose built centre, you will lead a well-established referrals team to deliver first class veterinary services to referring practices, patients and clients across the region.
As a high profile veterinary Specialist with extensive clinical experience, you will work as part of a management team within our multi-disciplinary referrals service. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the
clinical service across the centre. The Clinical Director will help shape the team and will also develop the clinical and operational protocols for the business, and this is therefore a great opportunity for the right person to help deliver a service that provides the best possible client journey.

> Supporting facilities and H&S management and compliance for the group.

To be successful you will have to be able to demonstrate:
> Experience managing or assistant managing a clinical environment with evidence of leadership skills.
> Decisiveness and encouragement for team growth, client bonding and positive patient outcomes.
> Experience of managing and implementing business and process improvements.
> A passion for delivering the best possible service, support and outcomes for patients, customers and colleagues.
