Churchfield Vets has been providing a caring, compassionate and high quality veterinary service since the 1930s. With three surgeries spread throughout South and West Yorkshire, we are well placed to serve the local communities and provide a 24/7 emergency service every day of the year. You will be mainly based at our Barnsley Surgery but may be required to work at our other sites. Barnsley is a market town in South Yorkshire. Barnsley has great transport links including Barnsley Interchange which is a joint bus and rail station with rail connections to Leeds, Huddersfield, Sheffield and Nottingham. Leeds Bradford Airport is approximately 31 miles away.

We have a supportive and dedicated team of 3 FTE Vets and 5 RVN's and 1 Student RVN as well as a fantastic administrative team. Our small animal clinic is well equipped with digital radiography, colour doppler ultrasound, endoscopy, dentistry facilities and in house laboratory.

Step into a supportive start

40 hours per week over 5 days a week Monday to Friday. You will be part of our weekend rota for Saturday mornings only.

We are a VetGDP practice. You will have an assigned VetGDP Adviser to support you, but you will also receive support and guidance from our entire team. You will have regular meetings and practical training.
