Job Details
We have an exciting opportunity at our new Tottenham Hale practice for an ambitious RVN to join our small, friendly team as a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse.
You will be directing the day to day running of the clinical team, lending a hand where needed, able to be a role model in your duties, as well as having managerial skills to optimise workflow.
Developing the potential of our RVNs in their individual surgical and medical interests, as well as assisting the training of the whole nurse and VCA team.
You will be involved in appraisals and auditing of clinical care, and so must be able to inspire and motivate.
In return for working in a great practice with a wonderfully supportive and welcoming team, we’re looking for a forward thinking and enthusiastic Head RVN with good general nursing experience and great customer service skills, with a genuine interest in animal welfare.
This is a Full-Time role working 40 hour per week, including working 1 in 3 weekends.
In return, we can offer you a great remuneration package including:
If you share our passion for delivering outstanding pet healthcare and great customer service, then we would love to hear from you!
If you'd like any further information about this vacancy, the practice or our company please contact Abi from our Talent Acquisition team via email; eastvets@vets4pets.com for an informal and confidential conversation.
We want our colleagues to be as diverse as our clients. Our teams are inclusive and celebrate difference so if you meet our role requirements, we’d love to hear from you.
Location: N15 4QD
Pets just see people. They aren’t biased and they don’t discriminate. We take our inspiration from pets, and we value and respect difference in all its forms. Our aim is to reflect the diversity of the communities we operate in, and every colleague can help us achieve this. We encourage our people to be themselves so even if your skills and experience don’t perfectly align, if you think you can make a unique contribution through your values and behaviours, we want to hear from you!
