Our RVN salary band is £31,000 to £35,000 depending on experience and allowing room for growth and development within the role.

About the role

Stone Lion Veterinary Hospital offers a varied caseload of routine procedures, emergency and critical care, as it not only has its own first opinion client base, but also supports the surrounding Goddard practices for internal referral cases that require hospital expertise.

The hospital also provides specialist work with an orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeon, dermatologist, and physiotherapist.

Stone Lion is equipped with everything you would expect from a 24-hour hospital and are now offering laparoscopic spays. We are an RCVS Accredited Hospital and for the cat lovers out there, hold an ISFM Silver Award for Cat Friendly Clinics.

You will be joining a fully staffed team of experienced vets, RVNs, trainee nurses and clinical management with a wealth of knowledge, working across different areas of the hospital including theatre, ward and consults.

Your rota is varied, allowing you to delve into all areas of hospital nursing ranging from ward, theatre and consults.​

Stone Lion is located in the heart of picturesque Wimbledon Village, you will feel like you are working on a film set! Then for those well needed nights out in London you are within an hour's train to all the hot spots.

This role will be perfect for an RVN who thrives in a fast-paced hospital environment and is wanting to soak up as much knowledge as possible!

This is a full-time position including a 1:4 weekend rotation with time off in lieu ensuring you are not working long stretches, and 1 bank holiday per year. There are NO on-call requirements for this position.
