We are looking for a clinician with experience and enthusiasm in production animal health and welfare to provide maternity leave cover in our established vibrant group of clinical and academic staff at the Scottish Centre for Production Animal Health and Food Safety. You will be expected to integrate fully into a team delivering high quality teaching, post-graduate training and clinical service in all production animal species.
Our curriculum serves 700 undergraduate veterinary students, and is an outcomes-based programme, emphasising a focus on developing professional skills, attributes and competencies in our graduates. We welcome applications from candidates who hold a Veterinary degree recognised by the RCVS and substantial experience of working in either production animal veterinary practice, or livestock farms, or veterinary or agricultural institute of further or higher education.
This post is full time and to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months or until the substantive postholder returns.
