Job Details
We have a very rare opportunity for an RVN to join our amazing team here at VetsforPets Dumbarton. If you are looking for a new opportunity to join an amazing team then this role is for you. We are also open to a newly qualified candidate too so please get in touch!
We are a small animal practice that opened in 2014 and have just grown exponentially ever since. We’re lucky to be a cohesive team, reflected in the awards won so far - practice of the year (won in April 2023, voted for by clients) and supportive practice of the year for our new graduate (won in June 2024).
We are currently a 9 vet practice led by Ciara, our JVP, with 4 fantastic RVNs lead by our HRVN Hayley, 2 SVNs, 3 VCAs, 3 receptionists and a great CSM. We are an incredibly close-knit and stable team with quite a few of us working together for many years, and we are looking forward to welcoming a new colleague into our friendly team.
We have recently gained some lovely state of the art equipment as well as a dedicated nurse room where we will be able to offer a variety of nurse clinics and services to our large client base. All of the RVN’s have a keen interest in various aspects of nursing clinics including cat friendly, diabetes management and nutrition clinics.
We are looking for either a full or part time RVN- full time would be ideal, but part time with truly flexible working options would also be an option for our team. Full time hours are 40 hours per week which will include 1 in 5 weekends, paid lunch breaks and there are no OOH responsibilities. The salary range would be up to £30,000 depending on experience.
We are ideally looking for an experienced RVN to join the team however we are also open to a new or recently qualified RVN joining our amazing team.
Aside from the supportive and friendly environment, we can also offer contributory pension scheme, a generous CPD allowance which is strongly encouraged, paid memberships, exclusive company discounts and rewards including 20% off at VetsforPets, Pets at Home and Pets Grooming.
We want our colleagues to be as diverse as our clients. Our teams are inclusive and celebrate difference so if you meet our role requirements, we’d love to hear from you.
If this sounds like the perfect next step for you, please contact the team - NorthVets@vets4pets.com
