An excellent opportunity has opened up for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and professional team here at Woodland Veterinary Centre. We can offer a fantastic variety of consultations and surgery, depending on your preference.

Find flexibility - No OOH!

Flexibility of hours can be up for discussion, as well as the opportunity to work across our 3 sites; Midhurst, Haslemere or Liphook. This is a part-time position working 30 hours per week. There are no OOH, the typical shifts are 8 am - 6 pm or 9 am - 7 pm, with a 1:3 Saturday morning rota 8 am - 2 pm.

Join an incredible team

We are a very friendly team, that works synergistically with one another. There are 6 wonderful veterinary surgeons (5 FTE), and we have several vets working towards certificates, one in dentistry and the other in diagnostics. We would be happy for you to work towards a certificate. We have 7 amazing RVN's (5 FTE) across the sites, 2 x SVN and 2 VCA's There are 7 friendly front-of-house team players (3.6 FTE) that complete our amazing team, all working together to provide the very best care to our patients and their owners.

A well-equipped practice

We do have lots of toys, including a dental x-ray, tonometer, multiple blood pressure machines, a multiparameter anaesthetic monitor aid, in-house blood machines, biochemistry as well as haematology, ultrasound machine with a cardiac and abdominal probe.
