Job Details
What makes us unique? That’s simple, it’s our team! Repeatedly nominated for the Pet Plan Awards, our growing team at Swindon Bridgemead Vets for Pets are now looking for a down to earth and hard working RVN to join us!
About us
Our practice is independently run, by Practice Owner’s Ana and Karen: “We want our team to flourish, as not only does it leave them fulfilled, but it benefits the practice and clients, too. If they have a specific niche or talent, we will nurture that talent as well as encourage new skills.”
The practice is based on a busy retail park and is purpose built to industry leading standards with all the equipment you’d expect from a growing small animal GP practice.
The role
No two days are the same and you’ll get to use your full range of skills and contribute your ideas, whilst being supported by Karen our Head Nurse and Practice Owner.
We work at a steady pace with a well-managed diary and really try to support all members of our team with a dedicated CPD allowance, protected admin time and a supportive environment.
As this role is to accommodate our growing client base, we’d be happy to consider various rota patterns so if you require more flexible hours, please still get in touch if you’d like to find out more.
About you
In joining our team we’re looking for a strong team player who enjoys practice life. A nurse with solid all-round clinical skills and great communication, who can work with us to deliver excellent patient and client care.
We are always looking at how we can improve our clinical standards even more so If you are keen to develop within your own area of interest, we would offer you full support for further study.
The benefits package
For an informal confidential chat, please contact Ryan on westvet@vets4pets.com
Location: SN5 7YE
Pets just see people. They aren’t biased and they don’t discriminate. We take our inspiration from pets, and we value and respect difference in all its forms. Our aim is to reflect the diversity of the communities we operate in, and every colleague can help us achieve this. We encourage our people to be themselves so even if your skills and experience don’t perfectly align, if you think you can make a unique contribution through your values and behaviours, we want to hear from you!
