We are a busy, well established, standalone practice based on Milton Road in Portsmouth. We are RCVS accredited and our supportive team works to a high standard of patient and client care, whilst looking after each other as well, some of our colleagues having worked with us for 10 years!

We offer a wonderful working environment where we make sure everyone is supported. Our Practice benefits from great support within the organisation but keeps its personal feel through its excellent standards of care offered to all.

Our ideal candidate will share our high standards and be confident and capable. We would love someone who could bring new ideas to the team as we are always looking for ways to improve. You will have a good experience of veterinary nursing, excellent customer service and communication skills, be an effective team player and able to use your own initiative when required. The key to your success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the role, delivering excellent patient and client care.

As a Practice we really try to support all members of our team. We offer a day off each week, paid overtime, protected admin time and a supportive environment. Although busy with a varied caseload we try to work at a steady pace with a well-managed diary to ensure we stay organised and finish on time as much as possible.

This is a full-time role, working 8:30am - 7pm 4 days a week and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am - 12pm (Hours can be flexible for the right candidate) There are no OOH’s and so when you are finished for the day you are always able to rest and recharge.

Location: PO4 8PQ

Pets just see people. They aren’t biased and they don’t discriminate. We take our inspiration from pets, and we value and respect difference in all its forms. Our aim is to reflect the diversity of the communities we operate in, and every colleague can help us achieve this. We encourage our people to be themselves so even if your skills and experience don’t perfectly align, if you think you can make a unique contribution through your values and behaviours, we want to hear from you!
