Take the next step in your career

We have a unique opportunity for a senior/head vet to lead our dedicated team at Chatham. We are committed to supporting our people in releasing their potential, and in doing so, we are proud to be able to offer the right candidate a dedicated progression pathway (surgical and/or medical), with plenty of exposure to enable you to further your career and fuel your passions. In addition, you will have the opportunity to mentor our Vet team, and work closely with the practice principal in contributing to the practice's management, organisational and financial performance. We want you to be recognised for your hard work and efforts, that’s why here at Easipetcare, all veterinary surgeons are enrolled into our monthly discretionary Vet Bonus Scheme.

Fix or flex – work-life balance that works for you

Typically, this position is full-time over 5 days per week, working a combination of early shifts (8 am to 4.30 pm) and late shifts (11 am to 7.30 pm), with 1:3 Saturday morning’s only, and no OOH! We know that everyone has demands and priorities outside of their career and we want to make it brilliantly easy for you to strike the right balance. Whether you are looking for condensed working days/hours, hours around rush hour or school runs, we can be flexible to suit you. We would welcome both full and part-time applicants.

Why Join Easipetcare?

Our Dedicated Team

We are a 4-vet practice with a support team consisting of 4 RVNs, 1 SVN, 1 ANA and our wonderfully efficient team of receptionists. Our clinically trained practice principal has over 14 years of experience in the small animal sector, and is dedicated to helping you achieve both personal and professional development without compromise.

About You

Our ideal candidate would have considerable post-graduate experience in Small Animal First Opinion Veterinary Medicine and will either hold, be working towards, or consider a postgraduate qualification in the relevant subject field.

If you wish to speak with someone from the practice do let us know as we can facilitate this.
