BURGESS HILL VETS FOR PETS, WEST SUSSEX (15 mins from Brighton & Crawley)

Our friendly practice in Burgess Hill is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced nurse to join the team. You will be someone who instinctively wants to go that extra mile to provide the best care to your patients.

We are a happy, busy practice offering clients a very high standard of service whilst maintaining a compassionate approach to our work. The team includes 9 vets, 9 qualified nurses (assisted by trainee nurses and veterinary care assistants) and a great front of house team. You will be an addition to the team as there is no one leaving!

The practice is purpose built with digital X-ray, ultrasonography, in-house laboratory facilities plus separate dog, cat and isolation wards. We have just had an extension and full refit, which makes for a bright, clean and inviting place to work.

Our nursing team are very experienced and efficient, as well as lots of fun and very supportive. Many of our RVNs hold additional qualifications and have previously worked at referral centers. We ensure your skills as a professional are fully utilized and would support any further qualifications or further study which benefited the practice.

You will need to be an excellent nurse, a good communicator, have a fantastic work ethic and be passionate about caring for your patients.

This position will be working 40 hours per week across 4 days including working 1 weekend per month. You will be working 8am to 6pm, 9am to 7pm or 10am to 8pm on a rota basis.

In return, we offer:

•Excellent salary £25,000 to £35,000 pro rota depending on experience
