We offer our own in-house emergency service to registered Cliffe Vets clients and patients only, day or night, staffed by our team of dedicated staff who know your pets.

Your enquiry is welcome in the event of an emergency, all non-emergency enquiries should be directed to the practice in normal working hours. Please telephone your regular Cliffe Vets clinic to be directed through to our emergency service.

For clients not registered with us we recommend that you use the out of hours emergency service of your usual vets.

Outside of our normal opening times, a charge is made for all telephone enquiries out of hours and an additional surcharge above normal consulting fees will apply.

We appreciate your understanding that we are a “pay at the time” practice, including emergencies, and we can help you with this by providing an estimate of costs on request.
