Compass Executives is a value-added service offering of Compass Associates which was formed in 2011 and founded by the Directors in response to an ever-growing requirement for executive level talent.

This entirely separate offering concentrates solely on executive level positions that drive organisations forward, including: CEO, CFO, COO, Chair, Trustee and Non-Executive Director roles.

Compass Executives work specifically in the health, social care, and specialist education sectors for the Private Sector and NFP Sector industries, focusing on Board appointments from Chair and CXO, through to senior management within the sectors. We work with clients ranging from Equity backed houses, Privately Owned enterprises, Advisory Services, Charity and Not For Profit organisations.

In June 2017, and again in June 2019 we were awarded the prestigious accolade of “Recruiter of the Year” at the HealthInvestor Awards, where we were recognised for the value of our service in the health and social care space.
