We started Bramble and Bear with one goal in mind: to provide an innovative, first-class service for you and your pets. Owned and run by experienced vets, Bramble and Bear aims to treat every pet and client with compassion and expertise at an affordable price.

Both of us, Dr Matt Bayliss MRCVS and Dr Hannah Brooks MRCVS are experienced vets and pet owners, with four dogs, a cat and a rabbit between us, and so we know the importance of pets in people's daily lives as friends, a support network, and companions. This is why we wanted to start Bramble and Bear as a way of filling a much-needed gap in veterinary care, and making a difference in pets' lives both at our home and yours.

After three months, we invested in a mobile surgical unit to provide surgical procedures out on the road, and twelve months later, we opened our first hub with state-of-the-art equipment and lots of home comforts. This allows us to care for your pets both at your home and at ours, expanding our services and ensuring that we can continue to provide a high level of care to all our clients and pets around the clock.
