Te Aroha Veterinary Services first opened in and have been servicing the greater Matamata, Piako District for over 30 years.

We have grown to a team of 7 veterinarians and 7 support staff who are dedicated to providing expert veterinary care.

With our purpose built hospital and surgical facilities our dedicated, experienced staff are able to provide quality care for your animal with a full range of medical, diagnostic and surgical services. We also have a large retail area with supplies for both farmers and pet owners.

Our services range from routine dairy work such as scanning and vaccinations, to the in house small animal care and surgeries. We also provide equine care which includes equine stud work and race track services.
