Over the past 18 years, we have built a team of dedicated feline veterinary surgeons and nurses who work together to provide the highest quality surgical and medical care for cats.

​The Oxford Cat Clinic was established in 2006 by Caroline Blundell and Martha Cannon, two veterinary surgeons with a passion for cats. Our aim is to put cats and their owners at the heart of our medical practice.

Now under the leadership vision of Mel and Chris Weatherall, Caroline and Martha remain in their clinical roles at the Cat Clinic and have been joined by a friendly team of hugely knowledgeable veterinary professionals who are on-site to help answer owners' queries.

​We offer a wide range of services and treatments, from routine procedures like vaccinations, worming and neutering surgery to providing the care required should they become ill or injured. Our combined knowledge speaks for itself. There are very few cat issues we haven’t dealt with in the past, and our on-site laboratory and surgical facilities allow us to provide swift and cost-effective diagnosis and treatment for your cat.

​Between us, we have a lifelong love of cats, which we want to share with you. Many of our team have extra qualifications in small animal medicine or feline behaviour. Martha and Lauren are both accredited feline specialists. Caroline and Eleanor are both advanced practitioners in feline medicine. With this background, our vets are regularly asked to write about or deliver talks to owners and professionals about cats.
