About Companion Care
Established in 2001, Vet4Pets and Companion Care provide management services to their network of small animal veterinary practices across the UK.
Practices are located either within Pets At Home stores or as standalone units, both under the highly successful joint venture business model. Vets4Pets and Companion Care form the Pets At Home Vet Group, operated with their Joint Venture Vet Partners. As at 1st January 2015, The Pets at Home Vet Group operated 308 Vet practices across the UK, including 121 standalone and 187 in-store practices under the Vets4Pets and Companion Care brands and as at 14th November 2014, The Pets at Home Vet Group employed 841 veterinary surgeons and we are now the largest small animal veterinary group in the UK. Each Vets4Pets and Companion Care practice offers a comprehensive range of treatments from vaccinations, neutering, general healthcare and advice to the more specialised services of intensive care medicine and surgical procedures.
The Support Office is based in Kingston Lisle, Oxfordshire and employs over 145 colleagues to help support the business needs of the joint venture partners (JVP) and their teams.
