Based on the High Street, the surgery consists of two consultation rooms, dispensary, theatre, imaging room, large amount of kennel space, isolation facilities and prep room. We can cater for all routine and non-routine care for cats, dogs and exotic species.

Our Lowestoft practice is recognised under the RCVS practice standard scheme. Through rigorous standards and regular assessments the scheme aims to promote and maintain the highest standards of veterinary care.

Lowestoft is the site for our emergency service and overnight care and we work closely with the RSPCA Suffolk branch. We also work with Cats Protection, CARE and Norfolk and Suffolk Animal Trust,
